2010 May dance wrap up.

Those who attended know we had a great season finale.  The Mike Wolverton Trio was right on target and had everyone on their feet dancing all night.  I should say, those who could at least..a few are still recovering from surgeries etc. 

We certainly hope the summer will heal all. 
Rest well, rehab, and be ready for an encore by Mike Wolverton on September 25th!

Your genuine enthusiasm for this club and willingness to participate in, support, and provide new ideas has been a real pleasure for us.  We are proud to be on this board with you, and we look forward to continuing to work with you next year for an even better season.  We say work, but  because of your great attitudes, we've had a lot of fun. 

Brad and Denise, as you've completed your term, we will miss your input at next year's board meetings.   However, we hope you don't hesitate to share your opinions and talents in the future.  It's been a pleasure getting to know you both.  We are happy that you will have more dance floor time next season instead of checking folks in.

6:00 - Potluck dinner.  (or bring a desert if you are attending later) followed by a brief club meeting

7:00 - 8:00 Tango lesson by Louis Soma
8:00 - 11:00 Open ballroom dance

2010 April Dance wrap-up

Thanks to everybody who attended our fabulous April dance.  What great energy, folks were dancing their feet off! 

Nothing gets you moving more than great music.  What a wonderful job from Roy and Dee Overlee, the ballroom dancing DJs.  We heard, read, and saw that everyone loved their music.  We'll be very happy to have them back next season. 

Thank you to our first time couples visiting from Grand Rapids to Pontiac, and the folks who brought them!  We appreciate that you're helping spread the good news about our dance club.
